Returns & Exchanges

At Merz b. Schwanen, we value the high quality of our garments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a piece does not fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Registration

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Packaging

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure package.

• 3.
  Labeling

  Print the provided return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Shipping & Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
